Following the hint of my blog readers I bought a paste called Ajona. Pasta is available in two sizes of packaging: 6 and 25 ml. I had a problem to get a smaller tube. This art I just went in the fifth pharmacy I visited. Pasta cost 3.60 zł. It is in concentrated form so it really consumes a small amount - just look at the information contained on the back of the package. I think it successfully on a monthly trip for one person will be is enough. Package weight 6 ml is 10 grams. Compared to the much less efficient paste Elmex weighing 12 grams is no longer economical.
